The Amalfi Coast (Sorrento)

We spent a day with Liz driving along the Amalfi Coast. Beautiful, amazing scenery, that I imagine is even more spectacular in the summer! We ended up returning here after we rented a car to buy some beautiful inlaid wood that this town is famous for making.


Notice the sidewalk? Yeah, this stroller was beyond fabulous. Need to send it through security checks at the airport? Collapses in seconds and fits in the scanners. Have to carry it up/down flights of stairs with kiddo inside? No problem, hardly weighs a thing. Cobblestones? Sure! Not even a pause! We literally took the stroller to POMPEII. If you’ve been there, try to remember what the streets looked like. Yeah, the stroller was that awesome. Don’t get me wrong, Benjamin did a ton of walking, but the kiddo weighs 30 lbs, and frankly, that’s too heavy to carry when he’s tired of walking, so we’d let him walk and bring the stroller anyway.

I think we were looking down at the boats. ;-)

Jonathan had a goal to collect pictures of us kissing all over the place... ;-)

What unfortunately got cropped out of this picture was the monkey Benjamin had put in the front of the stroller! (Hey, it's hard to catch a running, screaming target, with a camera or otherwise!) He he he, he's such a funny boy.
